Privacy Policy
ApertureRisks is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and clients. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect information provided through our website and platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and role when you submit a contact form, request a Paid Exposure Assessment, or create an account. We also collect usage data to improve our platform and services.
First-Party Campaign Attribution
When you arrive through a campaign link, ApertureRisks stores an anonymous random session identifier and approved campaign fields in your browser's session storage. These fields are limited to UTM parameters and common advertising click identifiers. We use first-touch and last-touch records to understand campaign sessions and accepted inquiries. The session identifier is not derived from your name, email, IP address, device fingerprint, or other personal information. Session storage ends with the browser session. We do not add third-party advertising pixels or analytics cookies for this measurement.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account or inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data transmitted to and stored within our platform. Supply chain data provided for risk analysis is treated as confidential and is not shared with other clients.
